About Meghan & The Family

As a classroom teacher, parents would ask ALL the time: “how can I help support my child’s learning at home?”

Now a mom to three, Meghan loves supporting parents with their kiddo’s early education at home.

The best part? She gets it. Being a mom means you have a lot on your plate at all times. She understands how important education is, but also how using small pockets of time is crucial.

A former teacher, private-tutor on hiatus, and mom to three.

The home is a child’s first classroom, and a parent is a child’s first (and best) teacher.

Children have an innate curiosity and desire to learn. Young learners, especially, are like sponges! Our actions and intentions at home can encourage this or diminish this awesome quality.

As parents, it is our role and responsibility to be our children’s “head coach” when it comes to education.

how did HomeBloom come to be?

A few years ago,

I realized that there is a bit of a disconnect between home and school. I wanted to bridge that divide.

I now help parents in creating supportive learning environments, routines, and and learning plans for their young learners with tools, tips, and resources.

When your children BLOOM at home, they flourish at school, too. Education starts with you, and I want you to feel so confident in that role!
